1. Pick garments that suit Canberra conditions

2. Get the sizes right before you print
Decorated garments cannot be swapped, so measure first. Every product in our catalogue carries the manufacturer's size chart in centimetres. The quickest method is to lay a garment that already fits well on a flat surface and measure the half chest (armpit to armpit) and the length from the shoulder point to the hem, then match those numbers to the chart. For a team, collect a size per person and enter the quantities per size in Quick view. You can mix sizes and colours freely within one product.
3. Send artwork we can work with
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest print or embroidery. A high-resolution PNG on a transparent background is the next best option. Tell us where each file goes: front chest, back, sleeve or somewhere else. If you only have a low-resolution logo, send it anyway and we will tell you what is possible.
4. Approve the proof, then relax
After you submit your quote we send pricing and a measured artwork proof within 1 to 3 business days. It shows the logo size and position on the actual garment. Nothing is printed or embroidered until you approve it, so ask for changes as many times as you need.
