How long does delivery take?

Blank stock ships faster than decorated orders. Decorated orders go into production once you approve your artwork proof, and production usually takes 1–2 weeks. Delivery is tracked, Australia-wide.

Can I return or exchange items?

Undecorated stock can be returned or exchanged in original condition within the period in our returns policy. Decorated garments are made to order and can't be returned unless faulty.

How do I choose sizes?

Every product page has a size guide with garment measurements. For team orders, we can send a size chart to circulate before you order.

What decoration options do you offer?

Embroidery and DTF print, applied in Australia, plus fully sublimated garments made to order. Upload your logo on the product page or with your quote and we'll recommend the best method for each garment.

Is there a minimum order for custom logos?

Minimums depend on the garment and the decoration method, and your quote shows them clearly. Enter a size breakdown on the quote form so we can price mixed runs accurately.

Do you do bulk or team pricing?

Yes. Use the team order form to send your requirements and we'll come back with volume pricing and a free digital mock-up.

How can I pay?

All major cards through secure Shopify checkout. Business and club accounts can request an invoice on quoted orders.
