Bulk polo shirts with your logo
Polos are the uniform most businesses order in volume, and the price per polo drops as the quantity goes up. There are two ways to order bulk polo shirts with your logo from us: a fixed-price polo deal with printing included, or any polo from the range with embroidery or print added.
Option 1: the Polo Deal (printing included)
The Polo Deal uses Winning Spirit Cooldry contrast polos in men's (PS61), ladies' (PS62) and kids' (PS61K) cuts. Your logo is printed on the front and back and delivery is free Australia-wide. Prices for front and back printing, + GST:
- 5 polos: $210
- 8 polos: $330
- 10 polos: $410
- 12 polos: $490
- 15 polos: $610
- 20 polos: $740
Front-only and back-only options are a little less. You can mix styles, sizes and colours across the deal. For hi-vis, the Hi-Vis Polo Deal starts at 5 polos for $220 + GST.
Option 2: choose any polo and add embroidery
If you want a particular brand, fabric or colour, pick it from our polo shirts, work polos or company polo shirts. Embroidery is added per garment: $12 for a front logo and $20 for a back logo, plus a one-off $59 setup per logo, all + GST. The setup is charged once per logo per order, so it matters less the more polos you order. For example, 30 polos with a chest logo costs 30 × the garment price, plus 30 × $12, plus $59.
Planning a bulk polo order
- Size run: collect sizes from staff before ordering. Every product page has the manufacturer's size chart in centimetres.
- Spare stock: many businesses order a few extra in common sizes for new starters.
- Matching cuts: most styles come in men's and women's fits, so the whole team matches.
- Re-orders: we keep your approved artwork on file, so later orders match.
Minimums and turnaround
Decorated orders start at 5 garments. You get a free mock-up and a measured proof within 1–3 business days, and orders are despatched in 1–2 weeks from artwork approval. For more than 20 polos, or a mix of polos and other garments, send a size run through our bulk order form and we'll quote it.
Common questions
Is the deal price per polo or for the whole pack?
For the whole pack. 10 polos printed front and back is $410 + GST in total.
Can I add names to each polo?
Yes, individual names or a sleeve print can be added to deal garments for $7 + GST each.
Printed or embroidered for bulk polos?
Print is included in the deal and suits bigger back logos. Embroidery gives a raised, premium chest logo. Both are done in Australia.
