What file do you need for my design?
Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. If you only have a logo image or a sketch, send that and we'll redraw it.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums for sublimated garments depend on the style; your quote shows them clearly.
How long does a custom order take?
Sublimated garments are made to order, usually 2–4 weeks from your approved design, then tracked delivery Australia-wide.
Can we reorder the same design later?
Yes. Your design stays on file, so top-ups and next season's order match.
