Are sublimated hi-vis garments compliant?
Fluoro polyester fabrics and reflective tape can be specified to suit day, night or day/night work. Tell us the standard you need to meet in your brief and we will confirm the fabric and tape configuration on your quote — nothing is made until you approve it.
Will the fluoro colour fade?
The fluoro base fabric is dyed at the mill and your design is sublimated into it, so there is no surface print to wear off. Follow the care label and the colour stays bright.
How long does a custom order take?
Sublimated garments are made to order overseas and usually take 2–4 weeks from the day you approve the artwork proof. We send the proof within 1–3 business days of your brief.
Can you sublimate cotton garments?
No. Dye sublimation only bonds to polyester fabric. For cotton garments choose embroidery or DTF transfer instead.
Will the print peel or crack?
No. The dye becomes part of the polyester fibre, so there is no surface layer to peel, crack or flake.
Can I design it myself with AI?
Yes. Describe what you want to ChatGPT or any AI image tool and send us the picture with your logo and colours as your brief. We quote the design work and send a proof with exact measurements before anything is made.
Where are sublimated garments made?
Sublimated garments are made to order by our sublimation partner overseas and delivered Australia-wide. Embroidery and DTF printing are done in Australia.
