Used ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva or another AI tool to design your team's uniform? Send us the image. We turn it into real, wearable workwear: we match the design to garments you can actually buy, pick the closest colours, work out the best decoration method and send you a measured artwork proof before anything is made.
How it works
- Save your AI design. A screenshot or the downloaded image is fine. If the AI also made a logo, save that separately at the largest size it offers.
- Choose garments, or let us suggest them. Browse the catalogue for the closest polo, tee, hi-vis, jacket or cap, or tell us what the design shows and we will suggest matching products.
- Request a quote. Add the garments and a size run to your quote, upload the AI image and your logo, and tell us where each element should go.
- Approve the proof. Within 1 to 3 business days you receive pricing and a measured proof showing real garment colours and logo sizes. Nothing is printed or embroidered until you approve it.
What we check in an AI design
- Garment reality: AI images often invent cuts, panels and pocket layouts. We match them to real styles from brands we supply and point out anything that cannot be made as drawn.
- Colours: screen colours rarely match fabric. We pick the nearest stock garment colours and thread or print colours, and show them on the proof.
- Logo quality: AI-generated logos are usually low-resolution images with blurred text. For a clean print or embroidery, we may need to redraw the logo as vector artwork. We'll tell you before starting.
- Hi-vis rules: if the design is for a worksite, the garment has to meet the hi-vis requirements for your site. Check the standards each manufacturer lists on the product page.
- Full-colour designs: all-over patterns and gradients suit fully sublimated garments, which are available made-to-order. Solid-colour garments with a logo suit print or embroidery.
Tips for prompting an AI uniform design
- Name the garment type and fit: "short-sleeve work polo", "hi-vis day/night shirt", "softshell jacket".
- Give your exact brand colours as hex codes, and ask for a plain background and front and back views.
- Keep logos to the left chest, back yoke or sleeve. These are the positions we decorate most.
- Ask the AI for a flat, front-facing mock-up instead of a lifestyle photo, so garment details are clear.

Can you make exactly what the AI drew?
We match it as closely as real garments allow and show the result on a proof. Custom cuts and panel layouts are only possible with made-to-order sublimated garments.
Do I need to own the design?
You need the right to use any logo or artwork you send. Don't ask an AI to copy another company's trademark.
