Getting hoodies printed with your logo is one of the easiest ways to kit out a crew, a club or a small brand. We decorate stock hoodies from AS Colour, JB's Wear, Winning Spirit, Legend Life, Ramo and others with DTF printing or embroidery, both done in Australia, and despatch Australia-wide.
DTF print or embroidery?
DTF (direct-to-film) printing transfers a full-colour design onto the fabric with heat. It handles fine detail, gradients and large areas, so it's the usual choice for a full back print, a sponsor block or a design with lots of colours. It works best on cotton-rich and poly/cotton fleece.
Embroidery stitches the logo into the hoodie. It suits a left-chest logo or a small sleeve mark and lasts as long as the garment. Front embroidery is $12 per garment, back embroidery $20, plus a one-off $59 setup per logo (all + GST).
A popular combination is an embroidered chest logo with a large printed back design.

We avoid printing across zips, seams and kangaroo-pocket edges, because the transfer can't sit flat there. Your proof shows the exact size and position in centimetres.
Choosing the hoodie
Lightweight fleece around 280–330 gsm is comfortable for merch and casual uniforms. Heavier 350–450 gsm fleece suits early starts on site. Zip hoodies are easier to take on and off between jobs. For one price that covers the garments, a front and back print and delivery, the Hoodie Deal is 5 Winning Spirit kangaroo-pocket hoodies for $250 + GST, or 10 for $500 + GST, with free delivery Australia-wide. If you'd like a specific brand or style, choose it from the range and add your logo; garment prices are shown on each product, + GST.
Turnaround and minimums
The minimum is 5 decorated garments, with sizes and colours mixed as you like. You get a free mock-up, then a measured proof within 1–3 business days, and orders are despatched in 1–2 weeks from artwork approval. Fully sublimated hoodies with an all-over design are a separate made-to-order product, made overseas in 2–4 weeks; see sublimated garments.
Common questions
Will the print crack?
DTF prints are flexible. Wash inside out in cool water and skip the tumble dryer to keep them looking good for longer.
Can I print a photo or a gradient?
Yes, DTF can reproduce photos and gradients. Send the largest file you have so it prints sharp.
Does everyone need the same size?
No. The 5-garment minimum can be spread across sizes and colours, so five people can each have their own size.
