Mens muscle t-shirt made from 190 195 gsm 100% cotton for a durable and smooth surface ideal for custom garment decoration. The mid weight fabric delivers excellent results for heat transfer printing, DTF printing, screen printing and embroidery. Designed with a sleeveless cut and elastane ribbing around the armholes for comfort and flexibility, making it perfect for gym wear, activewear and custom branded apparel.

How to measure (lay the garment flat)
  1. Lay a garment that fits you well flat on a table, front up, sleeves out.
  2. Half chest: measure 2.5 cm below where the sleeve joins the body, straight across from side seam to side seam.
  3. SP length: measure from the shoulder point (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) straight down to the bottom of the hem.
  4. Match both numbers to the chart. Between sizes? Most people go up for a relaxed fit.
