How to measure pants & shorts (lay them flat)
  1. Lay a pair that fits you well flat on a table, front up, and smooth the waistband flat.
  2. Waist: measure straight across the top of the waistband from edge to edge, then double it (42 cm flat = 84 cm waist).
  3. Inseam: measure from the crotch seam (where the leg seams meet) straight down the inside leg to the bottom of the hem.
  4. Match both numbers in centimetres to the chart. Between sizes? Most people go up for work pants.
